The IT Skills Development Program conducted by Nirmala College of Commerce, Malad East is a comprehensive initiative aimed at equipping students with essential IT skills. Program took place in online mode under the guidance of Asst. Prof. Pankaj Maurya in capacity of IQAC. The program was conducted for 8 days.

Students were introduced with the topic of Developing Communication which discussed, various important Ideas on communication student were shown the video regarding the topic the speaker of video was 'Simerjeet Singh who is well-known for his guiding techniques specially for the college students. The video made clear ideas on communication related with English language. the Epic dialogue of the Seminar & English is a language and communication is an art created good impact on the students the video concluded with tips and ideas on how one. can develop Communication skill within oneself.

Soft skill is a very popular term nowadays, used to indicate personal potential such as social aptitudes , language and communication capability friendliness and ability of working in a team and other personality traits that characterize relationships between people .Soft skill are traditionally considered complementary to Hard skills , which are the abilities to perform a certain type of task or activity .Soft skills are strategic to be successful in personal and professional life then this is essential for students when they try to obtain any kind of job In order to improve the overall abilities of the students of ‘Nirmala College Of Commerce’ and the departments of college organized ‘8days’ special program for soft skill development for the students of F.Y.B.com, S.Y.B.com and T.Y.B.com classes .As this program took took place at time where the whole world faced the epidemic , the program was efficiently taken on online mode.
